12th Avenue Cafe

Second time in and amazed again. This place seems to always be busy but they have the ability to get you in and out really quick. The food is a greasy spoon diner type but it is not too greasy. it is truly delicious. They have some good vegetarian options as well for those concerned. I love the food and service here!

We eat here about once a month and the food is always great. The favorite selections in our household are the omelettes and meat loaf. We like the menu and the staff.

Our waitress was great! Her name is Diane. It's the little things really. She filed up my tea pot with hot water without me having to ask. We got our food quick even though they were busy. All the staff were interacted with were very friendly.

Very friendly staff, speedy and attentive service, and tasty food! I had the chicken fried steak with gravy and over medium eggs. The eggs were perfectly done, the steak was well above what I usually get at a diner, very delicious. As was the gravy! I'd definitely go back.

It was great place was packed ppl waiting outside we walked in and got our table right away had a Hawaiian omlet and it was delicious definitely the spot for some breakfast

This is a nice small restaurant tucked away near Target in the shopping center. The staff was very friendly and they kept my coffee cup filled every time they walk by. They had a great breakfast menu and some good specials on the board behind the counter. The one thing you should know about this place is that when you're done eating you need to take your check and cash out verses giving your card or cash to the waitress.

Good vibe, friendly staff, and attentive service. That said, the food was not outstanding. Awful coffee - different flavors every time my cup was refilled.

I have been meeting my dad for breakfast for the last 15 year's here. Always great food and great service. They have coffee outside, if you have to wait. But we'll worth the wait. Just a bit cramped.

The place is nice and comfortable and has a sixties feel to it. My burger did not have any flavor to it, and I had to add salt to give it some flavor. The bacon quiche was good though. So it could just have been that my burger was not as good as I expected it to be.

The best bacon blue cheese burger ever. The 12th Avenue Spurs are a great version of Potatoes O'Brien with peppers and onions. The thin cut French fries are seasoned before they go into the oil so the texture is a coating that adds extra crunch. This is a destination restraunt that I weddings recommend for anyone echo is on the Seattle area.

12th Avenue Cafe is very solid food and ambience. Usually quite crowded on weekends, always a good sign. They have a hot sausage patty for breakfast I find absolutely the best in the area. Also their potatoes that is to say home fries are made chunky Style with onions and green peppers and are quite yummy. All in all, this is an exceptionally good diner and recommended for that weekend comfort food or for any other reason. To be clear they also have a counter and the aviation Ambiance with hints from the 40s through the 60s is actually pretty cool as well. Thumbs up!

The only reason I give you 5 stars is because there isn't 6. Having said that, I just stopped by for dinner Friday 6:00 PM and you're closed. No note or sign on the door but 2 open signs lit. Nothing serious I hope.

As always, the Montana Special was awesome. Order a medium and you'll have a meal to take home. Service fast and efficient. Coffee cup never empty. Love the raspberry jam.

Service here is always wonderful. However the food is lackluster. It’s not dreadful, everything tasted good but I can get the same meal for better quality at other restaurants in town. The coffee is mediocre at best. And please forgive the TMI but whenever I’ve eaten here my breakfast vacates within thirty minutes.

Service was fast efficient. Food was perfect right off the grill. Would go back in a heart beat if I was in the area.

Love this place! Only had breakfast, so I cannot speak for the lunch and dinner foods. The food is delicious and well prepared. The staff is super friendly awesome. The restaurant is super clean and maintained. I really like all the plants too! Check this place out!

The food is fantastic..which is why they get any stars. However I am so irritated at their inability to fulfill Door Dash orders timely. A couple days ago they called the police on my Dasher and today they didn't even give the Dasher my order. This required me to reorder and wait 2 hours to get my food. Regardless if they dine in or order delivery you should ensure your customers have great food and a good experience. However you seem to not care. I don't think I will be ordering from your restaurant any longer as this happens often. And I am sad because I really like your food. So disappointed.

The food here is consistent, nothing to write home about but there aren't many options for brunch in Issaquah. It gets super busy on the weekends because it is small. I get the feeling the staff gives preferential treatment to white patrons. I've been coming here for the past 10 yrs...while not a regular, I'm here enough to know that I end up waiting for someone to take my order....always. but no one is ever rude to me, so your mileage may vary.

The waitress was amazing..i didn't catch her name but she is 16 going on 25 in maturity and ability to carry on a conversation with a couple of old people without being condescending. The food was very good. We will be back

I've only had breakfast here, but this is one of our go-to spots when I come to town to visit my family. Its sort of one part diner and one part family restaurant. Amazingly, the breakfast foods they serve should be greasy, but somehow they aren't. Large omelets, large pancakes... just what a breakfast place should be. Good spot to take the kids, obviously!

Food was excellent and the Montana scramble is no joke! Just look a great hook cooked meal with incredible portions. Jason was very friendly, kind and attentive. Loved joking around and laughing with him. Paid attention to my kids and listened patiently to them as they ordered for themselves. Thank you for a great meal and everyone greeting us with smiles. We absolutely will be back!
